| Bob and the rest of the staff are friendly and always properly estimate and unlike most repair shops don?t add work/cost for things that are not needed. Advise is always based on research that in my case led to a extended warranty repair from Honda instead of a costly repair! |

| Bob has always been there for me, whenever I had a emergency or a reminder that certain maintenance was required. I never had to wait for more than one day in order to come in for servicing. Prices are fair and I was never sold on unnecessary parts or service. I've been with Bob for over 15 years, maybe even more... |

| Work is good, shop is clean, people are professional and friendly. But extremely overpriced IMO. $100 for an oil change is excessive. |
